Michael Sherman is a devoted teacher who was deeply concerned about the obstacles his students faced in their daily lives. He was determined to make a difference and end the cycle of inequality, so he founded Integrity Builds Achievers in 2017. This non-profit organization, recognized as a 501(c)(3), is focused on lifting up and empowering underprivileged children in the Bronx, New York region.
Since its inception, Integrity Builds Achievers has been committed to creating a brighter future for the next generation. They firmly believe in the potential of each child and work tirelessly to overcome barriers and provide opportunities for those who have been marginalized for too long. Through education, mentorship, and support, their goal is to create a better future for every child they serve.

Mr. Michael Sherman is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Builds Achievers. The non-profit was formed in response to Mr. Sherman's desire to close the gap between education and the social well-being of young people in his community. Mr. Sherman acquired a Master’s of Science in Education and has been teaching for over a decade.
Whether facilitating mentorship workshops, doing a food drive, handing out backpacks in the community, or giving out turkeys, or toys during the holiday season to brighten the lives of the residents of the Bronx. Mr. Sherman is committed to serving the community with a passion and humility.
